• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract data from the platform without prior written consent.

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or TalentBridge employees.

2. Candidate Accounts & Applications

By submitting an application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. You grant TalentBridge permission to share your application materials with the specific employer(s) you apply to. You may withdraw your application at any time by contacting us.

3. Employer Use

Employers who post jobs or access candidate profiles agree to use such information solely for the purpose of evaluating candidates for legitimate employment opportunities. Reselling, redistributing, or using candidate data for unrelated purposes is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by TalentBridge or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

TalentBridge acts as an intermediary between candidates and employers and is not a party to any employment agreement. We do not guarantee job placement or employment outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalentBridge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

6. Third-Party Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. TalentBridge has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.
